WHAT TIMES CAN I DROP OFF AND PICK UP MY VEHICLE?
We ask that you drop off at 8:30 am on the day of your appointment. We’ll give you a call as soon as it’s ready to go!

DO I NEED TO WASH MY VEHICLE BEFORE BRINGING IT IN?
If you are bringing your car in for an estimate, touch up or clearcoat scratch removal, it is best to give it a basic wash ahead of time. For bumper repairs, dent removal, or ceramic coating, it is not necessary.

DO YOU HAVE A WAITING AREA?
We do not have a waiting area in our shop; there are multiple bakeries and coffee shops, most notably Bullseye Bakery, about three minutes walking distance from our shop.

WHO DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR OTHER SERVICES?
Once we see the damage on your car, we can recommend you to an appropriate shop if it’s a service we are unable to provide

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We offer a lifetime warranty for any paint defect or labor, only as long as the area has not been re-damaged in any way. Any new cracks, dents, or scuffs on the area originally repaired will void the warranty.
